Shipping Policy

This policy describes how orders placed on naturreemade.shop are processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order with Nature Made you agree to the terms below.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within one to three (1–3) business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high volume or promotions, processing times may be longer.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or freight-forwarding addresses for certain items, and some products may be restricted from shipment to particular regions.

Delivery Estimates & Costs

Estimated delivery time is generally five to seven (5–7) business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination and the carrier. Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Any free-shipping promotion applies only to eligible orders as described at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information where available. Please allow up to twenty-four (24) hours for tracking details to update.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in locating your shipment.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact support@naturreemade.shop within fourteen (14) days of the expected delivery date so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
