Returns & Refunds Policy

At Nature Made we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when and how you may return items purchased from naturreemade.shop and how refunds are processed. It applies to orders placed directly through this online store.

Return Window

You may request a return within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging with any seals intact. For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, certain items that have been opened or used may not be eligible for return unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective: final sale or clearance items, gift cards, and any product marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within fourteen (14) days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, email our support team at support@naturreemade.shop with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions. Unless the return is due to our error, you are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within seven to ten (7–10) business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.
